ADVICE ON MAINTAINING YOUR PIANO
In addition to having your piano regularly tuned, it is important to keep your piano in a suitable environment.
A piano is like a healthy person, in so much as it prefers warm, dry, moderate conditions – not too hot, nor too cold, not too damp, nor too dry. The rule of thumb is this – if you feel comfortable, then the piano probably does too. If you’re feeling much too hot, or much too cold, then the piano will be suffering along with you!
